What the rule requires
- A natively digital PDF: a scan or a photo of a paper document is not valid.
- A QR code opening a direct download URL, with no credentials.
- Retention of at least one year, by shipper and carrier alike.
- In force from 5 October 2026, with no grace period.
What we compared
Ten systems, with the figures each vendor publishes on its own site. Four offer a permanent free plan, but only three of those keep the document for the year the rule requires. Two extract the data from the delivery note with AI. Unlimited issuance runs from 10 to 69 euros a month.
