Mobile elevating work platform and heavy machinery on a factory yard at dawn

19 January 2026. Terex Corporation announced the appointment of Namita Jindal as Senior Vice President and Chief AI and Data Officer, effective immediately. She reports to Simon Meester, President and Chief Executive Officer, and serves on the company's Executive Leadership Team.

Jindal joins Terex from CentralSquare Technologies, where she had been Chief Information Officer since 2021. Over the previous two decades she held leadership roles driving digital transformation, including CIO of the Honeywell Intelligrated automation business.

Terex is a global manufacturer of materials-processing machinery, waste and recycling solutions, mobile elevating work platforms and equipment for the electric utility industry. The appointment places AI and data leadership at executive level in a heavy-equipment group with plants in North America, Europe and Asia.
